By engaging IndicWeb for design, content, or development work, you agree to the following.
Scope of work
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request.
Payments
We typically invoice 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Maintenance and content retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Ownership
On final payment, you own all deliverables. We keep the right to display the work in our portfolio.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. We don't promise outcomes — only good work.
